Project coordinator, psycotherapist, psychodramatist
I am the international coordinator of the „Interview with the Earth” project. I am working with groups and individuals as psychodrama therapist in Romania. My career choice and my subsequent professional work is guided by an understanding of the external and internal processes that arise from the uniqueness of human behaviour and experience.
In 2013, together with a few friends and professional partners, we founded the Panta Rhei Association, where we carry out our support and development activities and try to play an active role in the development of our community through our work.
In 2017, after training at the Hungarian Playback Theatre School, I founded the Sepsi Playback Thetre Group .
My work consists of leading group and individual therapies, applying the Playback Theatre approach and practice, and delivering programmes to build spiritual and mental health, focusing on understanding our relationship with ourselves and the outside world, and finding our inner and outer freedom and connection to our genuine, authentic selves.
I use the framework and concept of playback theatre to create space and opportunities for people to tell their stories, to make their personal lives and experiences visible and audible.
Within the theoretical and methodological framework of psychodrama, I help individuals to gain a better insight into and understanding of their own life story in order to be able to initiate change when necessary.
By using a sociodramatic approach, I create a framework and an opportunity for groups to understand the functioning of the community and, if necessary, to find points of change along the reinterpretation, in order to achieve a better quality of coexistence and cooperation.
