I am co-founder and director of the Institute of Ecopsychology, author of the Ecopsychology Basics/The Ecopsychological Paradigm and Everyday Ecopsychology, representative of the International Ecopsychology Society in Hungary, and lecturer at ELTE PPK.
I have degrees in Biology, Ecology and Psychology. As a counselling psychologist I work with individuals and groups, primarily using the methodology of Ecopsychology. My work at the Institute of Ecopsychology is characterised by the organisation and implementation of awareness-raising programmes and training courses. I am the developer of the methodology for participatory walks and the host and one of the trainers of the Nature Relationship Facilitator courses based on these. In my everyday life and in my work I am constantly looking for the possibility to go deeper, to look behind the surface, for those moments when I can experience the calmness and joy of wholeness.
